Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. Please check this article for more information: "HPxxxxx.framework" will damage your computer" message in macOS Catalina or Mojave .

Printer won’t connect to new router

I have a new router and my iPad doesn’t recognize it. Got it working one day and now nothing.

i need massive help.

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following instructions to fix:

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
