Hi there

I have followed all of these instructions and also removed the printer and software from all of the locations as advised then reloaded the printer and it still says 'Driver is unavailable'.  Any more advice - what am i missing?

MY FIX:   None of the answers helped me.  I ended up going to my PRINTER, choosing PRINTER PROPERTIES.... then going to the PORT tab.  The port chosen for my computer had been changed to a "FILE" port.  I guess this happened during an update.  Anyway, I selected a different Port (I chose the next SERIAL port..as I just didn't know what to pick).. and it worked.  I hope it continues to work.
