Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

I've had this printer for a few years and it has worked great. Recently, I have been unable to print anything except MS Word and Excel. I have tried rebooting, uninstall/reinstall software, and nothing seems to work. My wife uses the same printer on our network, and hers works.
