Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was aready chatting with someone about my printer not printing and explained everything  She asked me t fill out a form so I could talk to a tech and that there would be a $1 refundable fee,  You attempted to charge me $55 but my bank flagged it  Whats going on?

You maybe were chatting in some non official Chat and that is why they were trying to charge.
