Product: 360 15m ds0011dx laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this laptop (15m ds0011dx). Been trying to set up brother printer, but it will not find printer. Tried all troublshooting procedures. I tried to set it up on another HP laptop and had no problems at all. Worked perfectly. No such luck with this one. It did twice for 1 or 2 days then stopped working. I have deleted driver and reinstalled many times. I'm thinking something is wrong with laptop, but don't know what to look for.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to print, I am glad to assist you.

This looks like a driver issue, you might have to contact brother printer support to fix this issue.

However, update the Windows on your notebook and install the driver again

Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
