Printer wont connect DeskJet 3631

I have had this printer for a while. About 2 years ago when I got it it would not connect but I had another printer that was "on its last legs" and finally gave out. 

It still will not connect. It turns on and will run paper through the feed, but nothing will print. I do not have the IP address to try to connect it that way. I would like to not have to buy a new one. I have tried doing the cancel and wifi button at the same time, turning it off and on, using different computers and it will not connect.

I understand you need help setting up your printer to your wireless network. I appreciate your efforts in trying to reset the printer back to network defaults.

Kindly follow the below instructions to set up the printer.

•  Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Power button flashes, and then wait for the Wireless light to flash.
• Once you restore the network to defaults, then please follow the instructions on this link to connect the printer back to your PC.
