Product: Color Laserjet MFP 3301
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When installing color laserjet mfp 3301 using usb, computer is not picking up usb connection.  Printer shows in devices and printer, but will not detect in initial install.  Can print without drivers, but can't scan.

Hi @NetTech1 ,

You may need to install Full software drivers.

 

1. Please install the next drivers for your printer on Windows computer:

2. Once installed then restart your Windows computer.

 

3. Then search HP Scan software to use your scanner.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
