Product: officejet pro 7740

my printer just wont print i send and it says error but not any specific type just if i go to see what is printing it just says error. looking at this fourm it appears it can be reset/restarted and ive tried that. i also reset to factory default and also removed the printer from my PC and i still cant print off the printer. was working fine till monday 10/9/2023 and now it just shows spinning on the screen and nothing prints. ive tried everything from all post just need to get this printer working asap
