Hp 3637

Printer is all set up ink cartridges are full and new paper goes in sounds like its printing but no ink on paper when it comes out. Please help

 I'd like to help!

 

To better assist you - 

 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

 

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page in OS X

 

  1. Load paper into the input tray.

  2. Search the Mac for Print and then click Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners in the list of results.

  3. Click the name of your printer, and then click Open Print Queue.

  4. Click Printer Setup or Settings, click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.

  5. Click Print Quality Diagnostic.

  1. Load paper into the input tray.

  2. Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software programs, click the folder for your printer, and then click the name of your printer.

    The HP Printer Assistant software opens.

  3. On the HP Printer Assistant window, click Maintain Your Printer.

  4. Click the Device Services tab, and then click Print Quality Diagnostics Page ().

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
