HP Recommended

I have a new HP Smart Tank 7301 printer. Issue with set up as I cannot get the device that holds the heads to move to the center so I can insert the heads. I have started over again several times but not moving, Any suggestions.

Hi @timetopanic 

Please check that the cardboard inside printer was removed.
