Hey. So recently I changed the ink cartilage and when I tried to print the ink for the words does not show on the paper and on the home screen it says print apps not schedule. What does this mean and how can I fix it so I can print off my school work?

Please try these steps - Print Quality Issue

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

I found out what was wrong lol just needed to clean the ink heads. And after it worked fine

ahah, I remembered how I tried to set up my printer a couple of years ago and then I looked like a real idiot. It looked very funny 🙂
I tried to configure the printer for 5 hours and as a result I reset all the settings and the cartridges stopped working and I had to buy a new high quality printer from mrdepot . I just lost about 500 bucks due to my own stupidity ... This was a lesson to me and after that I decided not to setup printer:)
