Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

My HP ENY 4502 failed to print from a remote (online) source.

I was prompted to disinstall the driver and re- install it .

I did disinstall the driver successfully but I could not access the driver on the HP site to re-install it.

When I clicked it came up with a blank screen and  message about a 'bott'

Can anyone help?

You can get the driver direct from hp source in link HP Envy 4502 driver

Choose the driver you need based on OS
