Help!!! I have no idea what is going on withy printer! It won't print and it said it was blocked at one point. I got this printer a year ago! What is going on? Where do I get a new printer head? Isn't it a little soon for repair work to be needed on this? Please help.

@Mariah76, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

If the error persists, I'm afraid, it seems like a hardware failure. I'd not recommend replacing the printhead as it may or may not resolve this issue and a printhead will cost as much as a new printer depending on its availability.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
