Printerdisplay say Device error.  It does not print. Have put in brand new HP cartridges.Have tried to clean the printerheads. Have tried to run the printer cleaning progamme.It does not connect. The computer say that there is no ink,but the Printerl display shows full cartridges. Have tried to shut the printer down, Have unplugged the printer and restarted.Have closed the  firewall off for a while to check.. Network is working fine. Have no idea what to try next!
