Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am having problems after an inkjet cartridge program was cancelled due to Brexit and my account in the UK being closed.  I purchased the printer in Portugal and have subsequently bought new ink cartridges at the recommendation of Hewlett Packard and closed the account in the UK, but I keep getting the printhead. Missing error, and cannot use my printer.

I have read one or two messages from other people experiencing the same situation, but have yet to find a solution with a software download.

I’ve contacted Hewlet-Packard and they seem to be unable to help, which I have to say is not filling me full of confidence in the product after sales service.

 

if anyone has experience the same and has a solution, I would be very grateful for your input, as I’m sure there is a remedy to this issue.
