Product: office jet 6978

I have a office jet 6978 that has a printhead problem.  I have purchased a printhead cleaner and cleaned the heads but still will not print and states printhead problem.  Is it time to buy a new one or can it be fixed?

I see that the printer has printhead issues and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
