Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Our printer is stating that there's a printhead problem. It won't let us print anything, nor run the alignment test because of the problem. We do not have a latch for the printhead, and we don't know how to fix it. Anybody know what we need to do?

@sjh_32, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead.

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
