Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

I love my old 950/951 ink printer and the error message says, "printhead missing" so I would just like to replace it. Amazon has a replacement but there doesn't seem to be an HP version just off brands. I watched a u-tube video and it's super easy to replace. Has anyone done this or any advice? I really don't want to buy another printer since I still have lots of ink left.

I understand that you are having issues with the printhead.

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and want to replace the printhead, I recommend you contact phone support. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
