Although the HP7110 is supposed to print 13 x 19 it will not allow me to do it

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Do you get any error message? From where are you trying to print. It supports borderless Super B: 330 x 483 mm (13 x 19 inches).

 

Please check the specifications: https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c03565793 (under paper handling)
