I need to print business cards, but the smallest option I get is 4x6. Is there a way to print business cards off of my Samsung Galaxy with my HP Deskjet 2700?

Welcome to the HP Community --

There are a couple of things going on here --

The short answer is "No, it won't work".

Details  (Not "all inclusive")

Printing business cards individually is nearly impossible on any HP printer -- the typical business card is smaller than the smallest paper size that HP printers can accept.  There are slight differences by model; none of the printers will print a business card paper size.

Depending on the printer model and its capabilities, printing business cards on a sheet of several cards, for example, an Avery business card paper, might work.  The caveat is the paper weight -- typical limits are 200 gsm for card paper (Index type).  I've printed business cards on two of the top-of-line HP OfficeJet Pro models -- the Avery business card paper is heavier than supported but the printers handled it.   A top-of-line OfficeJet Pro is a long ways from an economy DeskJet of any model.

Top loading printers, including the DeskJet models, generally include margin limitations.

This printer series requires a larger margin along the bottom edge (1/2 inch)

There is no "workaround" -- the limitation is built into the hardware.

The solution is to set all margins no smaller than the larger margin required (1/2 inch).

Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)
