Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a pack of Hp Advanced Photo Paper, 4x6. I want to print 4x6 photos but it prints at 3 3/4 x 5 3/4. How can i get it to print full size?

Which software do you use to print ? The software should give you an option to print all standard photo paper sizes and custom size.

I just right click on pic and click on print. it brings print.JPG  up for me to print. it is set to print 4x6 but it seems to use margins hen printed.
