Envy 6200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own an Envy 6200.  The printer refuses to print to tray 2.  I've set default to tray 2, changed size settings, etc., and it continues to print and waste ink by sending to tray one and printing full size fuzzy photos.  This setting is costing me about 5% for each 'photo' printed and the quality is extremely bad.  I'd like to know how to exclude the main tray from printing and forcing all print jobs to the tray 2 and using the 6x2 photo paper.  Thanks!

Hi @AndrewWhitehead,

I'd like to help!

The printer does not have a tray, it does have an output tray and a photo tray.

Are you trying to use the photo tray?

What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

Meanwhile, you may refer to the printer userr guide and printer specifications

To change the printer settings refer to Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
