My printer has taken 40 mins so far to print 2 pages, i have more pages waiting. The screen says printing but its not? Any advice? It was working fine yesterday? Thanks

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

  1. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 
  2.  Is there antivirus software installed on your Mac?
  3. Are you facing the same issue while making a copy?
  4. How is the printer connected? (Wireless or USB)

Meanwhile, Try and Update mac and printer firmware -

 

To update Mac, try these steps - How to update the software on your Mac

 

To update the printer's firmware, refer  - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
