Product: HP Officejet 6500 Wireless
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Problem I have is that my printer is idle and I am printing blank pages.  Having followed instruction by disconnecting the printer and reconnecting after 60 seconds simply doesn't work!  Its not a cartridge issue either.  My concern is that it could be the drivers but I am not technical enough to correct this problem.  I still have the original drivers and can re-instal if necessary but I would very much appreciate some instruction.  Alternatively is there a way to download drivers that may be more up-to-date, and again I would appreciate instructions on how to do.   Thank you.
