Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can't figure out how to get double sided printing settings in the HP smart app.

on my actual computer it gives me the option but it doesn't do it anyway. I think it needs to be done on the HP app. It doesn't show up though as an option when printing documents from the app. any help? i only bought it and set it up today.

Did you uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app and check if the issue persists?
