Hi,
I run an eBay business, I bought the printer to be able to print address labels on a label template a4 sheet from my MacBook.
The A4 sheet already has the label sticker in position: the nightmare has been trying to adjust printer margins on the Mac to enable the pdf page from eBay with the address on it to fall exactly on the label.
I’ve been struggling for a while. I’m reading about custom pages but it’s an A4 size sheet I’m printing on. Adjusting the ‘top’ of unprintable area doesn’t make any difference or it makes the scale adjust smaller which I don’t want, as can barely read the address.
Please help me!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the printer product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
Keep me posted for further assistance.
