Dell Inspiron 3583
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using HP Deskjet 2542 on home network.  Emails from MS Outlook on desktop and emails from Mail on iPad are printing actual size.  However, emails from Windows 10 mail (NOT Outlook) Mail Version 16005.13426.20316.0 on the Dell Inspiron 3583 prints extremely tiny font - barely readable, a full page email prints on the upper left 1/6th -ish of a full 8x11 page.  I can't find any settings in the Windows 10 Mail program that fixes the problem.  I even selected other zoom settings.  Any suggestions?

Edits - Update

This started days ago - Windows Mail is not working as expected.

if you are using Windows Mail to open your email account,

then - yes - Windows Mail is apparently broken.

The printer is fine.

Use a different mail application to print emails.

What?  It is not "just you".

Check at Microsoft Community - We do not have a fix for Windows Mail.

Example

Mail App prints very small in one corner of page

Hi there, I also have the same exact problem on 2 seperate computers but both with HP Officejet Pro  6970. Just this week decided to use the Windows 10 mail program and when you go to print an email the same thing happens as described above.

I have tried all the ideas listed but that didn't seem to do anything, I was leaning more towards it being a windows mail problem but noticed the original poster has the same symptoms with an HP printer.. 😕

Same problem.  I just noticed it on December 11.  Officejet Pro 5250.  Print from other apps seems to be fine - just Mail has this issue that I've noticed.  I reported it on Microsoft. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-other_settings/windows-10-mail-printing... .

My gut feel is it's a Microsoft problem, but it's best to track both threads.

It's most likely a Microsoft issue.  Print to PDF from Windows Mail does the same thing.

Yes same problem!!!    Most of my work is printing things off!     They need to fix ASAP!     Do you still have the problem>

I tried again today and it appears to be fixed.  Y'all give it a try and see if it's resolved for you as well.

This appears to be working now for me.  For the others on this post, please give it another try and see if it is working again for you now.

Had similar problem with approx 3x4 print in upper-left corner only of an e-mail page . . . until started search for this problem, not remembered password, decided to print e-mailed code to enter help system . . . it printed full-page, tried a few other => OK.  Have no intention of "looking a gift horse in the mouth" . . . back to normal printing in not-so-normal times!
