Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

I'm trying to print from a Microsoft Surface Pro X with an ARM printer (Now Windows 11 but I was facing the issue with Windows 10 few weeks ago).

What can I do?

Hi Olivier,

The printer is not supported on Windows 11 on general:

Regardless, the printer is not supported with an ARM Processor in general regardless of the used operating system, it was supported on Windows 10 with Intel or AMD Processors only, not with an ARM processor:

Ok tks. Fully understand as that's a quite old one.

Which one do you recommend then? Laser color if possible...

I just checked and that's really not easy to know which one is compatible with ARM processors...
