Printing from mobile phone

Hello. I use a Huawei LUA-U22 Android phone on which I have installed HP Print Service Plugin (very recently).

When I try to print something from this phone on my HP Envy 4500, I don't get any action at all (no messages, nothing). The printer works well with my laptop.

Am I missing some kind of activation from the printer or the phone? Thanks in advance.

I understand that you are trying to print from your Android device and is having issues while using the HP print service plugin app. I'd like help 🙂

Let's try installing the HP Smart app (Previously HP AiO Remote app) to print from your Android device. Go to Google Play Store and install the HP Smart app on your phone.
