Printing from mobile phone

Hello. I use a Huawei LUA-U22 Android phone on which I have installed HP Print Service Plugin (very recently).

When I try to print something from this phone on my HP Envy 4500, I don't get any action at all (no messages, nothing). The printer works well with my laptop.

Am I missing some kind of activation from the printer or the phone? Thanks in advance.

I understand that you are trying to print from your Android device and is having issues while using the HP print service plugin app. I'd like help 🙂

Let's try installing the HP S app (Previously HP AiO Remote app) to print from your Android device. Go to Google Play Store and install the HP S app on your phone.
