I can’t seem to print from my iPad to my hp dealer 2800e printer

Here are some steps to troubleshoot printing from your iPad to your HP DeskJet 2800e printer:

1. Check Wi-Fi Connection

  • Ensure both your iPad and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

2. Update HP Smart App

  • Make sure the HP Smart app on your iPad is updated to the latest version.

3. Re-add the Printer

  1. Open the HP Smart app.
  2. If the printer is not listed, tap Add Printer to search for it again.

4. Print from Another App

  • Try printing from different apps (e.g., Notes, Safari) to see if the issue is app-specific.

5. Check Printer Status

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to the Wi-Fi network. Look for any error messages on the printer's display.

6. Restart Devices

  • Restart your iPad and the printer to refresh connections.

7. Check for Firmware Updates

  • Use the HP Smart app to check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer.

8. Reset Network Settings on iPad

  • Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, then reconnect to Wi-Fi.
