Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my HP envy 110 for 6 plus years and have always been able to print in color.  I have not tried to print in color for about 6 months or so, and now find the printer will not do it.  A color picture print yields a blank page.  I have full hp cartridges.  Any guesses?  Is it software or hardware?  Printer prints fine in black (text), but won't do colors.

Hi @Patrick126,

 I'd like to help!

I understand the printer isn't printing in color.

To assist better-

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. Load plain white paper in the tray.

  2. Print the report.

    • Printers with a touchscreen or menus: On the printer, open the Settings or Setup menu, touch Tools or Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report or similar

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
