Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchases a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301 printer.  My Windows 11 Surface with snapdragon/ARM will not print to it.  Is there a driver out there that will work?

HP Smart Universal Printer driver for ARM64
