Hello,

I previously had my printer setup on both my computer and iPhone. However, now the printer does not want to connect to the wifi. I’ve followed the instructions of pushing the little button in the back and the light on the printer flashes purple but when I open the HP App on my phone/computer the printer does not show up. I’ve also restarted my printer and modem and computer but nothing works.

My laptop is a MacBook Air with OS 14. I installed the Printer Software Update on the following link but this didn’t help. https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1888?locale=en_US

I completely understand your frustration with the printer connectivity issue. You've followed the instructions, tried restarting everything, and even installed the Printer Software Update from the provided link. However, the printer still doesn't show up on your phone or computer. I'm really hoping you can help me find a solution to this problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
