Does anyone know if/how I can print a 6 x 6 cardstock document?  I don't see in HP Smart where I can adjust the document size for the printer.  Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the HP English Community --

True - HP Smart -- Windows or Mobile does not provide the means to control the size of a PDF document beyond "Fit".

Even assuming the card paper is supported in terms of Custom paper size form, paper type, and paper Weight,

You do need a way to controlling the paper size or at least the print size.

Caveat to the provided information in this file ---

There might be Mobile (or Mac) versions of Adobe Reader that can be used -

I've not used the Mobile / Mac versions and cannot comment on their use.

Offered FYI

  • If you are running (or can get access to) a recent, supported version of Windows,
  • If you install the Full Feature Software,

         >>> Reference:  HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories

  • Create your Custom Paper Size form (to use odd sized paper)

and / or

  • Use Adobe Reader to print the PDF content in whatever size you like, including smaller than standard size or larger size (Poster) across several sheets of paper.
