How do I set up my Officejet 9025 to print from both trays? Right now I can only print from tray 1. I like to use tray 2 to print out invoices. We use paper with a perforated line for invoices. We went with this print in hopes we didn't have to change paper every time we need to print out invoices because with the old printer we forgot to switch the paper back after we finished printing out invoices, we end up wasting the invoice paper.

Using windows 10  with Officejet 9025.

Thank you for your help!

Tony

If you can get what you want, the setup can be checked / adjusted using the Embedded Web Server (EWS) for the Tray and Paper Management setup.

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management

Example - Officejet Pro 9025 > EWS > Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management

Hi,

I have those set already.  I find it a pain to print from tray 2. In order to print from tray 2 this is what I have to do;

Click on print, scroll to Settings, then scroll to the page source. It would be nice to select tray 2 as if I'm selecting another printer. If I had known it was going to be a pain like this I would have went with two printers.
