I am setting up a new office jet Pro 9020 series printer from a Mac. iOS 11.4. Everything is working fine except for printing from stamps.com. I want to print labels  from tray two. There is no choice for labels as the paper type in either tray. So stamps.com won't recognize it. Any suggestions?

Your suggestion had nothing to do with the problem. The problem was getting the printer to pull from tray 2 for labels, which is specific to the HP9020.

The issue was a corrupt stamps.com cookie  which I figured out on my own, apart from all the suggestions I received from HP and Stamps.com.

It ended up being a stamps.com problem. They worked it out and now it is working fine. Thank you though for your help.
