Bought my wife a new Chromebook and test the ability to print and scan using a USB-C cable connection to the ENVY. It worked fine when I tested it. But the very next day it would not work. Still working with other Chromebooks but not the new one. When I plug in the USB cable from the ENVY to the Chromebook and turn it on I get a notification that the printer is connected. When I print something I get the notification that it is printing. After a few seconds I get an error "Couldn't print. Check printer and try again." I've done all the usual stuff to resolve the issue. We prefer the USB over Wi-fi to print and I have doing this for years. Any help would be appreciated.
