I used to be able to print borderless and double sided and now for any strange reason I' not able to do it anymore. Actually, the printer now asks me to reduce to an A4 in order to print double-sided. I've changed the settings multiple times because it also "forced" me to use Photo paper as I wanted to print borderles...
Any idea on how to be able to have both features as I used to do?
Thanks in advance

Hi@MariaOJ,Welcome to the HP Support Community
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out
As I understand, double-sided Printing Results in Loss of Scale or Increased Margins
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Have you tried printing double-sided using different applications?
For the printer to automatically pull the pages back in and prints the other side it needs fixed margin space. This is why it's scales down the document. If you choose not to scale the document, it would cut out one or two lines. Therefore, I would suggest you try reducing the content on a page and then try printing.
Also, try printing from a different application.
Please follow the steps as per the document HP Printers - How to Print on Both Sides of the Paper (Windows) (Duplexing)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
