Hello,

I have an HP Smart Tank 7602 printer. I refilled the black ink tank because it was empty. The other tanks (C, Y, M) were already about three-quarters full.

Since refilling the black tank, the printer constantly displays a message asking me to refill the K, Y, M, and C ink tanks and to open the access door. However, all ink tanks are full or nearly full.

I already tried:

- turning the printer off for several minutes,
- restarting the printer,
- checking and resealing the tank caps,
- reopening and closing the access door.

The message keeps coming back and the printer remains unusable.

What can I do to reset the ink system or fix this problem?
