Number one I bought it just from the store not even 5 days ago and it says the warranty is expired so I can't speak to anybody for customer service too it keeps just saying HP software is setting up your phone but then when I get into my phone and try to it says it's hooked to the internet because the blue light stop blinking but when I get in there and my phone under HP smart to finish setup
