MAC address filtering
MAC address filtering is OFF by default on the AVM Router 7520 and I did not turn it on:
fritz.box --> WLAN --> Sicherheit:
Restrict WiFi access
The list shows WLAN devices that are currently connected directly or via WLAN Mesh in the FRITZ!Box home network or devices that are known from previous connections. You can restrict WLAN access to known WLAN devices (MAC address filter).
List not shown for data protection reasons.
SELECTED Allow all new WiFi devices
NOT SELECTED Restrict WiFi access to known WiFi devices (Note: This is MAC address filtering)
Why does my MFP not connect to the WSD?

HI @2kXT4Gvz,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.
Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to the network again.
1) Uninstall the HP smart app, Restart the printer and the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.
2) Enable Wi-Fi setup mode: When you turn on your printer for the first time, it is temporarily placed in Wi-Fi setup mode so that it can be discovered during setup. Use the printer control panel to restore Wi-Fi setup mode, and then set up the printer again. Go to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer for more information.
3) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.

HP Printers - Driver and software support for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1
'Funny', no it does not fix the issue. No search hit for MFP M281fdw, in which combination soever on this page.
Why should I not just use the dashboard for my product to get the newest drivers that I already use?

Can't connect an HP printer to Web Services
Has the topic 'Can't connect an HP printer to Web Services' (Make sure your printer is connected to the internet.) which means to reach the printer over the Internet anything to do with 'Web Services on Devices' (WSD) which means to install a printer to a WSD Port in a local Network? I do not think so.
HP Printers - Turn On Web Services
Turning on Web Services allows your printer to communicate securely over the internet with web-connected printing services, such as HP ePrint cloud printing and HP Instant Ink delivery services.
Web Services for Devices or Web Services on Devices (WSD) is a Microsoft API to enable programming connections to web service enabled devices, such as printers, scanners and file shares.
What is the Difference between a TCP/IP Printer Port and a WSD Printer Port
WSD is a port monitor. A port monitor looks at the information coming in from the TCP/IP port and makes changes or routing depending on what comes into the port. Projected uses of WSD include:
• Printers and other shared network devices can be easily discovered, and when selected are automatically configured for the client computer.
