I have been using HP Smart to scan.  It has been frustrating because after saving each scan I have to delete each page of the scan.  I contacted HP support and was told that I could download the HP full feature software and change the scan settings so that the documents are automatically deleted after they are saved. The support person tried several times over the period of an hour to download the program on my computer without success.  She then had a supervisor attempt the same.   He went in and deleted some  files but was still not successful  After two hours, I was told that it must be a Windows 10 problem and nothing could be done to complete the install.  Is it true that the full feature software is not compatible with Windows 10?  I am back to using HP Smart but I have to delete each document after the scan and save.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

There is no way that you can delete the scans automatically. The full feature software is definitely compatible with Windows 10.

Which Printer do you have?

Thanks 🙂
