Product: HP LaserJet 1018 Printer

Got a notification saying a problem occurred with my account so I cant print it's a hp 1018 inkjet printer

Sign into your HP Smart account or create a new one, and then add your printer using the printer code.
On your computer or mobile device, go to HP Smart.
If you have an account, click Sign In. 
On the HP Smart homepage, type the printer code, and then click Add.
