Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer HP Envy 5030 stopped printing QR-codes on tickets. It worked last week but now it just prints a red square instead of the code. No error message.

Hi,

Print a Printer Status Report and compare it with the shown sample:

May you see any specific color missing from the printout?
