Hi together, I've got a Problem with the all in one Printer/Scanner called HP ENVY Pro 6420.

After Setup with the HP Smart Software  and connnection with mit WiFi Network only the scanner works wireless.

Printing wireless won't work. The Message Iv'e got from Windows Device Manager shows only Driver isn't correct installed, but if I check the Drivers I got the message that the newest Driver is installed.

And if I connect the Printer with USB - Cabel, it works perfect.

 

Is anybody here and  have had that Problem earlier and was able to fix it?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Would suggest to forget printer and then add it again in HP Smart.
