Problem with HP printer saying searching for Pairing Code and does not clear. Cannot get to settings because that error is on screen at all time. Turning off, unplugging etc has not worked.

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your HP printer displaying a "Searching for Pairing Code" message that doesn't clear, preventing you from accessing settings. To resolve this problem, you can try a few steps. First, make sure your printer and the device you're trying to connect it to (e.g., a computer or smartphone) are on the same network. Restart both the printer and the device, then attempt to reconnect them. If the issue persists, you may need to reset the printer to its factory settings, which can usually be done by pressing and holding the power button or a combination of buttons on the printer for a specified duration. After the reset, you can add the printer again using the appropriate apk or software provided by HP for your specific printer model. Remember to consult your printer's manual or HP's support website for model-specific instructions.
