when I use hp smart app a massage appears (update you os  to download the latest  version of hp smart app) but my OS is android 8.1.0 while the app require android 7.0 so what's wrong?

Hi,

Please open the Google Play app and look for any update for the HP Smart app, from your description I would not be surprised if your mobile device is running an outdated HP Smart version and therefore the error may result:
