Fix for Office Jet Pro not printing number 10 envelopes and other sizes. Solution even though this is wireless printer you won't get all the envelope settings when you hook up wirelessly. Attach the USB cord and you will get all the envelope settings you need. So you will see two printers under your printer settings. One saying 6978, and the wireless 6978. I have the USB version of my printer set to default printer. When you want to print an envelope make USB printer is your default printer. Hit the print tab, then properties tab, then advance. Paper size will be in blue. You will see envelope DL in the box. Tap that box and you will see a full drop down menu of all paper and envelope sizes. Choose the size you want.
