Product: HP Smart Tank 500 All-in-One

I have a problem connecting my HP printer to my Mac. A year ago I went to 123.com and downloaded an application with which I could print, clean printer cartridges, and print on different types and formats of paper. Then when I erased my laptop, this application was deleted and now I can't find an analogue of this application. I tried using the Smart HP application, but this application does not find my printer because my printer only connects via USB. Otherwise, I can't print on small paper formats and I can't clean the printer because it prints very poorly now. My printer model is HP smart Tank 500.

Try to install with the next Apple Smart Tank basic driver:

 

1. Connect your printer with USB cable

2. Then install the next software

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

_1 Double click the downloaded file and follow the steps to complete driver installation.

 

Click the Install button in the software

2. Also try to Add printer from System Preferences > Printers
